BRIEF
Borras Construction are a construction company specialising in framework, general contract and specialist projects. Kingsmead was their first venture into a high end property development and they wanted a range of collateral that would reflect the quality of the properties and assist in pre-completion marketing.

SOLUTION
Branded Royal Gate, we utilised the client’s detailed architectural drawings to develop fully rendered external and internal CAD illustrations of the house floor plans, its individual aspects and the overall site. Local research led to the agreed site name and identity, followed by the completion of a bespoke brochure, posters and leaflets used by the local property agents.
